Burgundy Brown Bolero Sleeveless Shrug Jacket

This gorgeous open style bolero jacket was inspired by the design for a regency spencer jacket.

It adds a unique layer to any outfit and is easy to wear. It is made from a textured fabric and is unlined though it is quite a weighty fabric but hangs very well.

The oversized collar and lapels are an interesting feature of this jacket and it has a darted front to create a slightly tapered and more flattering front. The collar seam to the hem at the back is 12 inches long and hangs to approximately 15 inches from the shoulder to the front seam. The collar is 5 inches deep at the back and can be worn up or down (as pictured). The collar and lapel edges are visibly overlocked.
